It actually would not be too heavy of a project for I'm u as I've tested it from building from scratch using floor platform and wall furniture etc I just need someone to mesh the actual X-Men academy building without furniture in it with the X-Men cerebro basement below it and I can finish it myself I had someone who I thought was working on it but now they're not even responding back on updates on it so if anyone can mesh it I'd really appreciate it, I'd mesh it myself if I knew how to

It would be a beautiful project, but I think it would be too heavy to run on IMVU
Not quite what I need, as I already have blue prints I need someone that uses 3d max to mesh out the actual X-Men academy as either a room or a furniture piece along with the cerebro sub basement

@EstefanicosRodriquez I do not work with 3D Max so I don't know if my answer will be any help for you. I use Blender.
For a project like this I use the floorplan protected on a 1024x1024 bitmap without changing the scale ratio of the floorplan. In Texture mode I make it as a floor (multiple layers when needed) Same for the walls if I have a side/front/rear view. Do not edit these images, as that will disturb the appearance, just use them for reference and scaling of your project. You can use them to guide the parts of your model in the right shape/place. Hi xTheUndertakerx, This looks like an ambitious project and very cool! I would suggest posting your request on the creator-chat channel on the IMVU Official Discord: https://discord.com/channels/982013505827909652/1138535335433879652
