Guys, I created a ticket 5 days ago to reactivate my account, they answered me and I got it, but after that, I've already created about 7 more tickets here for them to help me recover my email and nothing yet since that day. Do you know why it's taking so long?? This never happened :/

ok, it's because when you asked me to have only one ticket, I deleted the ones that were 5 days late and kept only the most recent one, but I'll wait again and I won't create any more tickets

I tried now, but the imvu won't let me send the message, they need to accept my friend request. My email is verified and says that I have already reached the maximum amount to send messages but I don't talk to anyone
All right, I deleted the other tickets, but when the 5 days pass, what should I do?

Hello, please do not make too many tickets it will be abused. You only need 1 ticket . Be aware imvu holiday may will be slow response . if you have reply to them back again . It takes 1-5 days response.
