I submitted a ticket 4 days ago, when will I get a response? I thought it was 24-72 hours.

I’m been waiting, still waiting for like 3 weeks already for them to email me back , I also tried calling but no they don’t answer they say they don’t do phone calls no more smh

Hello, ticket does take 5 days response . But due to holiday imvu may be delay response.
