So lately two accounts have non stop been harassing me, including posting my profile on their account accusing me of being racist when I’d never do that. Accusing me of making backup accounts when I’d never do that. Blocking them doesn’t stop them, as they send their friends after me. What else can I do?

If you did contact imvu with screenshot usernames for them to look into it . If it not being review very well , Ask them for supervisor to review again

As far as i'm aware, IMVU can only Block or BAN the User from the Platform, 
they can also restrict them from contacting you, but you can also restrict them 
from contacting you, & also restrict them from entering your Rooms, too. 

However, IMVU is a Free Service, which means that any User can always 
just remake or make new Accounts over again. The only way to stop that, 
is if the IMVU Staff BAN's their IP / Mac Address... 

The thing here is, if they have multiple devices, this can be hard... 
As you put it, multiple friends have been doing the same thing, too. 

That makes it even harder for IMVU to do something about it. 

There is few things you can do though... They may not be the best, 
but they might help, & resolve your problem without you losing your Account. 

Again, I can't guarantee they'll work, but it's worth a try?? No?? 

Step 1.) Try Privating Your Account (Both On IMVU & On Your HomePage) 
Wait To See If A Waiting Period Such As A Few Months Goes By, 
If Turning This Off Makes Any Difference, If They Leave You Alone?? 

Step 2.) Place Yourself In Do Not Disturb Mode Or Away Mode On IMVU?? 
Leave A Default Message Saying "Not Taking Any New Messages" 
Or Something Like That... If This Does Not Work?? 

Step 3.) You Can Always Buy AP If Your Able To?? 
AP Has A Special Benefit Where Only People With AP Can Reach You... 

If They & Their Friends Are GA, Then They Can't Reach You, 
But Even If Their AP, Maybe They Won't Risk Losing Their AP 
To Further Engage You, If You Can Cost Them Their AP... 

Age Verify Token Can Also Have The Same Benefit Of AP, 
Where Only Age Verified Users Can Contact You... 



If All Said & Done, You Can Try Friends Only On IMVU... 

My Last Piece Of Advice Is: 

If You Go To Your Web Browser, Under IMVU Classic Website, 
Go Into Your Settings, & Skim Through There... 

Maybe You Can Find Something In There That Can Help You 
Ward Off The People Who Are Harassing You... 


PS: As I Said Above, It's Not Necesarily Always Gonna Work, 

You May Get Lucky With One Of These Options, 
Or You May End Up Without Any Luck... 

The Last Resort Would Be To Copy Contacts, 
Ask IMVU Staff If They Can Transfer Your Items 
To A New Account, & Ditch Your Old Account, 
& Let Them Know The Reason You Want To 
Transfer Your Items, Is Because Of A 
Harassment Case That You Are Unable To Resolve... 

Or Just Ditch The Account, & Make A New One, 
& Apply Your Friends Onto It With A Fresh Start... 

I Wouldn't Really Know What Else To Do At This Point...

This user is the issue. Accusing me of lies, threatening to get me suspended and non stop harassment on my profile. What kind of ticket do I even submit?

If you did make a ticket . If you feel it not being review well , You can ask in the ticket for a supervisor to review it.
