Payment Issue with Access Pass and Age Verification TWICE

I’ve encountered a serious issue with your order process. I first tried purchasing the Access Pass by providing my ID, but it didn’t work. I then attempted the second option, purchasing age verification along with 20,000 credits. While the payment of $45.78 was successfully processed, I did not receive the Access Pass badge or the age verification for the first payment or second.
