If I Bought A Green Jacket From A Creator In The IMVU Shop, Can That Same Creator Edit The Jacket & Make It Purple??
Then I Go Into IMVU, & See The Jacket Is Purple, Instead Of The Green Colored Jacket I Wanted To Buy From Them??
I Am Asking, Because I Have Some Issues With Some Creator Products That Are Indeed Saved As An Outfit, & When I Apply The Outfits To My Avatar...
1, The Hair Is Now Black Instaed Of Blond, & The Outfit It's Self Is Entirely Missing,,,
Yet The Picture For The Saved Outfits Are Un-Changed & Un-Altered, Clarifying That The Products Are Not A Problem On My End...
I Can Blame The Outfit Not Displaying On IMVU Program, But The Blond Hair That Is Now Black, Seem To Be A Thing That I Would Actually Blame On The Developer Of That Product...
Am I Correct In That??
I Just Want To Verify & Confirm If This Is Acceptable Or If IMVU Should Not Be Allowing This??
In My Personal Opinion: Changing Or Altering The Color Of A Product Should Not Effect Those Who Already Bought The Product, & Only Effect New Buyers, But Editing A Bug / Glitch In A Product Should Be Something That Should Be Approved Upon...
The New Altered Colors, Should Only Effect New Buyers, & If A Product Isn't Working By Users Who Own It...
They Should Be Able To Flag What Is Not Working, & Show Proof Of Ownership / Proof Of The Bug Existing, & Provide That In A Flag For The Product That Is Directly Placed Onto The Product In The Shop...
& No Further Money Or Credits Can Be Generated From That Product In Any New Sales, Till The Bug Is Fixed...
That Way, Developers Will Want To Update Broken Products, & Not Constantly Break Them, & Leave Them Broken...
Another Idea Is:
IMVU Staff Just Not Creating Frequent Updates That Constantly Break Products In The Shop...
& That IMVU Staff Notifies All Developers Upon Before Releasing Each IMVU Patch That Could Potentially Break Their Product Ahead Of Releasing Their Patch...
That Way IMVU Developers Can Be Aware, & Be Ready To Fix Their Product Ahead Of Time, So That When The Patch Is Released They Can Iron Out Bugs In All Their Bugged Products Imediately...
Lastly, If Any Developer Should Quit IMVU, Or Become No Longer Capable Of Editing Their Shop Anymore??
A Link To Their New Shop Should Be Applied To Each Of The Products They Made & This Should Be Allowed At The IMVU Staff's Help, Or If The Users Are No Longer On IMVU Anymore, Then A Note Should Be Applied To The Products That The Developers No Longer Exist, & Should Be Applied To Both The Shop, & The Product Description In People's Inventories...
Like For Instance:
