Hello friends, today i suddenly lost access to my account. Even though I entered all my information correctly on the computer, it told me that my username or password was incorrect. Then, since my account was open in the mobile application of my phone, I opened the mobile application and from there my account was logged out. I thought my account was banned or deleted, but my account still alive. That's why i think my account was stolen by someone, but the person who stole it also changed my e-mail, so it is not possible for me to reset the password of my account. I sent a message about this to imvu. If anyone has experienced this or something similar before, let me know. I would be very happy if you could inform me. By the way, no one knew my account information except me. It is an account i have been playing for years. This is the first time i have experienced something like this. Will imvu give me my account back?
