Some accounts should be given an honorary age badge by default if the account owner has not purchased the age verification service yet.
It stands to reason that any active account that has been in use for 18 years or more is owned by someone over the age of 18.
It's highly likely that any active account that is over 12 years old is owned by someone who is over the age of 18; especially if the account owner has had an Access Pass for over 12 years.

Imvu is aware of it . It will take some times for badges to see both pages since new updated they did.

My age verification badge only seems to appear on my classic IMVU Homepage
My profile card seems to lack the age verification badge
My IMVU NEXT profile also seems to lack the age verification badge
This is even though my IMVU NEXT account upgrade section confirms I have an active age verification
My classic IMVU account webpage also confirms that my settings for age verification are actively turned on
I think there might be a glitch in displaying age verification. Hopefully this can be fixed by clearing my IMVU Cache in the advanced settings of the Classic IMVU client. If that doesn't work then I will try uninstalling IMVU and downloading the latest version of the Classic IMVU client for MS windows. If that still wont fix this glitch then I will be more than just slightly annoyed.
