Anyone else having issue hearing the music clips before buying music and making mixes?

I'm having the same issues. I've learned over the years that what you hear is what plays back in your room. If I can't hear the quality of the music I want to buy, I can't and won't buy it.

This has been occurring for over a week. Followed instructions to resolve from wife's chat with help. Did not resolve the issue. Would appreciate any ideas, suggestions, etc for resolution and wonder how many others experiencing same issue.

been happening to me now for a few days, very annoying. I chatted with someone in help today and this is what they said.
What I can suggest for now is to downgrade to 548.6 and try again.
Please also try to turn off your firewall and also your anti virus then restart your PC.
After restarting, please download and install that version.
Please also follow the exact steps provided on this article: http://im.vu/help797 (aside from upgrading, you will replace it with downgrading).
If in case the same issue persists, please send the log files to IMVU (this can be done on troubleshooting tools beside clear cache) and contact us back so we can escalate this.

Hubby and I both did this but it did not help.
