Hello, i have not been able to access my account for 11 days because the password of my account has been changed. I sent a message to the support about this. They got back to me 5 days later and asked for some information. I provided the information i could provide as much as i could and sent it as a response. This was 6 days ago but i still have not received a response and my problem continues. Is there no support here?

Please don’t sent another new ticket . And don’t reply old ticket without receiving because it will push down to make the ticket be slow response  . give it times for imvu to response you .

Thank you for inforting them, but i still haven't received a response to this ticket, so i sent a different ticket a few days ago. I gave my ticket number that i sent to you, a staff member responded to me. But staff also asked me for information about my account. I responded yesterday. I am experiencing deja vu and i don't know what i will do if this staff doesn't respond back too.
