Unable to listen to music clips in music store. I cleaned broswer cache and ever used a differerent broswer. All it does shows the square and doesnt even "stop". Anyone got this issue? Been going on for days and no response on a ticket.

Closing feed. Was fixed on imvu end. I suggest be sure your sound is on etc. Clean your browser cache, and also use a different browser to rule out. Then file a ticket. Then be patient. Be sure to describe the problem the issue you are having and what you have done so far. Is all I can recommend. I never had an issue before with prompt response. So maybe they really short on stafffing or something, but to be honest, I wish there was better communication if thats the case. We do buy credits and all. We do put in money in. I know I am not vip, I was , but not now. But I still put money into this site.

@BeyofByzantia thank you for dropping a reply. The issue isnt the client platform. It is the music store and where you make mixes on the website. Thank you though anyway.

I was responded to my ticket with a canned response about licensing rights. Sure is funny that its also for music that is already in my library! It's not about licensing, it's an issue that needs further exploration as to the problem and a solution to it! I responded to my ticket again, let's see what they come back with now.

I'm getting the exact issue and the problem started about a month ago and I just gave up trying thinking it was my problem. I went back to the shop today to get some tracks and the same symptoms. I finally realized this can't be just my problem! I opened a ticket today on this issue, we shall see what response I get.

@Ashleyellen that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with why these people never fix anything...We submit tickets and all we keep getting back is the same old copy and pasted garbage..pure drivel and lies...Do you actually think that just because you create a ticket things get fixed on here?? ive had tickets still pending for years about the music muting in the rooms after you have been in them for a certain amount of time...Thats over 5 years now and has NEVER BEEN FIXED..You must be joking that you think that so called "spamming" tickets is the reason for these delays.They do get back to us ..that doesnt mean its getting fixed...They talk a good game but INCOMPETENCE IS the reason..not because our tickets are "pushed back" !!!! ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS AND IMVU HAS ALWAYS BEEN JUST WORTHLESS WORDS AND NO ACTION....WE PAY FOR A BROKEN PRODUCT..BOTTOM LINE AND DONT GET ANY HELP

@Ashleyellen I have contacted them about 20 times about this and made cases so you suggesting that is a waste of time because they never know anything there and that customer help is the worst on the entire internet, thats a known fact..read the reviews of this website and its customer help yourself on the world wide web..its considered the worst of any pay website world wide...They provide no help and never know anything , especially when it comes to the music issues...You havent provided anyone help here either..You dont know anything either so whats the sense of wasting our time getting the same old copy and paste responses from the customer help chat? Why dont you actually go find out something and give us some answers about this about whats going on and why it hasnt been fixed yet in a timely manner for a change????

The music store sampling has been broken for 2 months now and they have done nothing to fix it and the customer service agents never know anything and never have an answer why it hasnt been fixed yet..the customer support is a waste of time and money...What pay website takes weeks, months and sometimes years to fix issues on it? Its a joke..the incompetence never ends...Its yet another music issue that never gets fixed right..and they wonder why all the members are leaving this website for good...How much are we supposed to take before we give up????
