So While I Still Use IMVU The Older Way, & Not Having Issues, Everyone Who Uses The New Way Is Having All The Problems...
This Is What & Why I Was Always Against This From The Start...
I Thought 2FA Was A Dum Idea...
They Even Push This Stuff On The E-Mails Now, & I Refuse To Make An E-Mail With Any Company Who Uses This Method Now, Because Of These Issues...

I've been Unable to Log into my Account for 2 months on and off cause of a Network issue, i have sent 3 tickets and chatted with you multiple times an still the same outcome an suggested ways to solve the problem, however nothing has changed, some days it works then by midnight it'll kick me off the client and can't sign back in till it wants to work again. I don't know if this is related to the solution but it sucks! I've never had this issue before EVER. why all of a sudden now.

I can confirm if you use yahoo mail , change it to some other email account gmail worked just fine for me.

I don’t know if you can even change the emails if you can’t even log into the app because of the 2FA

guys, if you still can log in from imvu next, you can change your Yahoo email to a Gmail and it will work normally , i think the problem is with yahoo emails not Gmail, i just tried it and it worked.

I really understand everything, but I don't understand why I haven't been able to log into my own account for four days. I have a question for support: are you guys normal? People don't throw so much of their own money at this so that now they can't log into their own accounts. How long is this going to last? Support is apparently afraid to contact users because they haven't received any responses from them. How long would it take them to give it? ...

we can't remove 2fa if we own nfts! smh. have to remove all your nfts in order to remove 2fa. this is beyond frustrating . as a creator I can publish my new products
