IF IMVU did their jobs and screened products BEFORE they are allowed to be sold in the shop, we wouldn't continually lose items we buy. Instead of spamming us multiple times from your "staff" try doing your job to keep your users happy. Maybe assign one of those spam "staff" to actually do the screening of products instead of annoying us with emails we could care less about.

Imvu has always taken the easy road on this and get customers to do their work for free. Maybe a class action lawsuit would wake them up? Everyone loves to make money off what they sell but take no responsibility
