problem

3 days ago I had a problem on imvu I got a ticket that is normally the problem is the page chat rooms-manage chat rooms which does not open as a result I cannot open the rooms which I paid to enjoy I also cannot work to upload a furnished room 3 days and still they have not answered me in how many days do you say they will decide to answer me like: how sorry we are for your problem but do nothing they start giving me various links to see or to do cleaning or I do not know what else they will ask I had the same problem and a year ago they took 8 months and more to fix it for me after they forced me to pay for how many months of vip to be able to talk to them live it is unacceptable they all treat us as if they have given us a gift I have paid for everything I have paid for 5 rooms to have in public but I can not even go there is there someone responsible with update???
