the lobby screen is washed white, and I have restarted my laptop, and for stopped IMVU prior to making this report. please note that the lobby screen is the only place affected by this, the shop, live chat rooms and messaging are unaffected by this.

Hello, @Guest_SamaraiSword , uninstall the IMVU Desktop and reinstall it. Make sure to update to the latest version. Below are links to the Desktop. Also, check the internet connection and restart the router on the PC.
