As of today at this point I have received nine of the same identical item from IMVU. I am unable to remove them or hide them. I can only use one of the items at a time. Why am I getting multiples of the same item?

I have currently received 6 identical Carnival back feathers in the last day or two.
I can only wear one at a time.
Was it meant to be sending different pieces of the same outfit instead of six identical items?
