when can we look for peer reveiw to be fixed we can not get any thing thru and its been down for a while

Peer Review isn't broken and working as intended.
Your problem is that hardly no one is willing to only earn 5 promo credits per item they review.
Once you start paying a decent wage for the work of reviewing the products that you submit then you wont have to wait very long for your products to be in the shop.
