IMVU is threatening me

Hi, I have been using IMVU for years and today I joined some chat room under the name "The Jungle" and one of the mods is called "HollyRaven" or "MollyRaven" and they all claim to be "Christians" and I was just trying to make some polite chitchat with them all and they started cussing at me and making threats towards me all because I said "where are you all from?".


They said they reported me and accused me of being a hacker and scammer and I asked them "How?" and they just responded "IMVU have your address" and they said about taking me to court and stuff.


All I was doing was making a polite conversation, I don’t see what exactly I did wrong here and now I am terrified that my account is going to get wrongfully suspended.


You can check my past history conversations, I have never once asked anybody for money, all I said in that chat room was that I am a Christian myself and just asked where everyone is from, I never asked for any money or anything else.


For "Christians", these people seemed very rude, they all cussed at me like crazy.


Also, I hate how IMVU is becoming, a lot of other chat rooms boot me for not talking within 1 second even though the app has like about 3936364636366363 ads on it and takes about 10 whole minutes to load up.


One other problem I had today was when I entered a chat room before that so-called "Christian" chat room was people were asking me a lot of sexualized questions. 


They were asking me gross stuff like "are you cut?" and "bush or no bush" etc.


And what the hell is with all these bots constantly following me and sending me friend requests? 


They all have stuff like "nudes in my bio" or "free coins" as their display names and their usernames look like something ChatGPT wrote out for them.

Hi @Johnny283067  it can take 1 to 5 full days for non-VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for Customer Support to respond.

@Da3n3ryz , I already created 2 support tickets and nobody has helped me.


What if my account gets wrongfully banned before any staff member sees my messages explaining everything?
