Carnaval and the notifications of it. Room language of designated rooms.

I got the notifications about the upcoming Carnival event much too late. Only one date was left when I got the message that they were live now. 

And the room listed in that message was a Portuguese language room. Where is the room for English speaking people?

Even the message itself about the event was incomplete. Not all the rooms had their links. 

This kind of thing can be a lot better executed. Please do better next time.
