I'm Egyptian and I want to unfreeze the hold on my account what should I do

The whole issue is that a long time ago, about a year or two ago, I’m not exactly sure, I was making regular deposits, and there was a system glitch on your end. Due to my repeated attempts, my account got frozen. I think my card ended with 9922 because I changed it a long time ago, or maybe it was 9944—I don’t remember exactly. What are the necessary steps to unfreeze this account?
