I'm quite active and have some good sales, but my creator level doesn't go above level 1. Could this be due to inappropriate hidden content that was approved?

You have to have a certain amount of products in your catalogue to be eligible for each tier level. This is copied from the tiers info page:

Each Tier level has a minimum requirement of sellable items in your catalog.

  • Tier 1: 1+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 2: 2+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 3: 5+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 4: 10+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 5: 15+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 6: 20+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 7: 30+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 8: 60+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 9: 120+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog
  • Tier 10: 180+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable items in catalog

In addition, Tiers 8, 9 and 10 require sellable products submitted in the last 60 days.

  • Tier 8: 1+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable products submitted in the last 60 days
  • Tier 9: 5+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable products submitted in the last 60 days
  • Tier 10: 10+ sellable or "Display Only" derivable products submitted in the last 60 days
