Is IMVU staff on permanent vacation?

This has become clear as a day that the app will react based of how IMVU staff has coded it same goes regarding such responses where you seek a genuine answer to some question or issue you wish to solve in an orderly fashion way. The main problem here however is if IMVU staff were to actually view any of such messages the responses would be different as you can all see under the 2 screenshots. The support response screenshot shows that I did in fact gotten a response from IMVU support regarding a ticket I've already filed recently,fast forward to my opened topic here regarding this situation it feels like talking to a wall because funny enough the response to the topic I've gotten is not done by a person and nobody deffinetaly even bothered as much as opening up the screenshot since they suggested yet again to contact IMVU support. What to do from here is the big question? Should this app even be existing with how much more sloppier the staff has become aswell as how chaotic the app itself is?
