As clearly visible and shown within 2 screenshots there IMVU in general has no interests whatsoever into dealing with anything regarding the application at least not anymore.Various different questions come to mind. Is it worth buying any credits on around here? Is it worth buying AP? Is it worth buying VIP? Should we start reporting this app across all social media perhaps?
The issue is very important because rather then the staff and managers of this app it seems more and more that we the app users are literally deciding who's welcome on this app and who's not. Whenever this is directly mentioned doesn't matter what email I send or to who for that matter whether is DMCA,press or customer support this very specific detail will be completely ignored,i'll be directed to file a ticket as shown even clearly which won't solve anything but just make it seem more so that they do this to avoid not to actually solve. I've no interests into pushing this incident that has happened any further whatsoever but if I'll be ignored I'll do so till properly addressed.

Hi @Guest IMVU staff's does exist they're just busy in general and got user's attention if there's important issues or bug's going on, you would have to contact customer service support for account issues.
