Private Room Chats

So someone explain to me if we are in our own private room in a personal private chat why is what we say or do in our private room any care of imvu staff? we cant make all of our private rooms AP as most rooms we buy are GA so we can decorate then furnish them how we want. so explain then how and why imvu disables accounts for chats in private chats not public rooms or a closed public but an actual private chat. please tell me why people get a 24 hour disable because of IMVU ??
