Music service seems to be down again, cant purchase music from the store, is there an update when its going to be working again?

I HAVE OVER 5000 TRACKS IN THE MUSIC PLAYER THATS ATLEAST 3,245,000 CREDS THAT IMVU IS BASICLY STEALING FROM ME. GET THE MUSIC SHOP FIXED!

I HAVE OVER 5000 SONG IN THE MUSIC PLAYER.. WHICH I CANT ACCESS THAT IS ATLEAST 3,245,000 CREDS THAT IMVU IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO HAVE USE OF IN THE FORM OF MY MUSIC. 3,245,000 CREDS!!!!

to add to my comment, music lists are accessible in client but we cannot alter them or add to them on the webpage

Ok so imvu is aware, are they rectifying the issue please and can we have an update on the timeline for this to be restored, because this is affecting everyone on classic, i like many have been using the music lists since it launched so its a well invested and used service by many of us,

@ ashleyellen its not just my issue this is a client wide issue, everyone ive talked to cannot access music store, cannot access their lists, if the only means of getting this done is for all of us to send tickets in thats going to be a hell of alot of tickets coming in

@Avengelyne ticket does take 5-7 days response . Try your best to communicate with imvu to solve your problems .

@ashleyellen ty but i have already submitted a ticket and got the usual canned response i would like to know if staff are going to escalate this matter as its affecting all users on classic client
Ok i just checked my music list this morning and theyre gone,i had almost 1200 tracks and theyre all gone, all my music lists, its saying the service is down, thats alot of money spent by me for music for it to just be wiped out and im sure there are others in the same situation.
Can we get a heads up on when this is going to be fixed please
