I purchased vcoins and they didn't go into my account! It says the purchase is incomplete but the money has already left my bank account, please help me

Hi, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in

the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
