Hi,


My account was placed on hold due to inactivity. I have since logged into the account without problem, but I wanted to change my sensitive information like password and email and I cannot due to this restriction on my account. I have created a ticket and have yet to receive any response for 4 days now. 


What can I do about this, without being forced to pay for VIP to chat directly with IMVU?


My account is 16 years old, I would like to keep it secure.
