You know I bought 11slots on extra rooms , now mind you one gets 10 rooms with VIP till they change this as well but for now...... do that means I should have 21 rooms I can open. I made a ticket on this and guess where they sent me.. HERE. Now..... I am told this


Note that if you have extra room, there is no order of priority to determine which rooms will close -- it is random. You can still manage which rooms to keep private and which to republish, as long as you keep to the limits of your tiers.

So now it depends on your VIP TIER PROGRAM. They didnt tell me this when I bought over 200 us dollars for my slot. I bought them I should be able to use them any way I want them..... Lets get with it IMVU

To IMVU Staff and Moderators: Stop the Circle. Start Taking Action.

I’ve done everything you asked. I contacted support. I submitted my ticket. I tried to be polite. I followed your rules.

But here I am—still without answers.

I paid for extra room slots—I have proof of what I purchased—and yet, I’m not being given access to them. I should have over 20+ rooms. Support knows this. I’ve shown them the evidence. And what do I get in return?

Another copy-paste response.
Another useless link.
Another suggestion to come right back here.

So let me ask you this:

  • Why am I paying for something I can’t use?

  • Why can’t support give me a direct explanation?

  • Why do moderators just send us in circles?

  • Why is no one held accountable?

I’m done playing ping-pong between support and moderators. This “vicious cycle” is broken, and I’m here to say: fix it. Stop the links. Stop the canned replies. Start reading our comments. Start answering the real questions we’re asking.

I’m not hateful. I’m not here to attack anyone. But I will be persistent. I’ll be here daily if I have to. Hourly if I must. Because the only way I’ll get any kind of response is to make my voice impossible to ignore.

And let’s not even pretend this is about policy confusion—this is about a company that’s taking payments and not delivering products.

So tell me:
Did you not pay your phone bill?
Are you shutting down support because you're overwhelmed by complaints?
Are you gearing up to shut IMVU down altogether?

Because if you’re just waiting to flip the switch and take what’s left of our accounts, content, and money, you might as well tell us now.

Otherwise, do what you said you would do:

Honor your Terms of Service.
 Fix what we paid for.
 And stop covering it up.

Ya, They Take Stuff Away From Your Ability To Use Their Service,
& Don't Take Into Account Anyone Who This Impacts, & Don't Even
Care If That Harms The People Who Buy Them...

I Originally Had 3 Rooms, Which I Upgraded To 10 Rooms, & When
I Lost The 10 Rooms, They Decided I Now Only Get 2 Rooms Instead
Of The 3 I Had Before...

Further More, I Can't Even Make Any Live Rooms, Because Even That
Has Changed For The Worst Now, Soooo... ??

I'm Just Stuck With 1 Fully Together Public Room, & 1 Random Public Room That Alternates
From Now On, & This Is Getting Rediculous...

They Should Grant Creators A Single Room Space, & Let All The Others For VIP Service,
I Would Feel Less Tight With Public Rooms, But You Still Have The Large 7 Rooms Options At VIP...
