I find it extremely frustrating. A post on my main account was reported as controversial and removed, with my main account banned for 24 hours. The post was in a GA room, in GA fits and in a GA pose. The rules state that all posts need to be General Audience (GA) appropriate. How is it then that my post, with no captions, can be reported and my account banned for 24 hours? When asking for answers, i get ignored. Its been almost 48 hours since i logged the ticket, and still no response. 

IMVU, surely knows how to enforce the law when it suits them, but ask for reasons why it was done, they are silent like the grave.


Does anyone else have issues with this?

my account is being falsely flagged as well.  all pics are ga and in ga rooms.  I've called them and spoke with "customer service" I use this term lightly,  and nothing.  They really don't care.  Support is lacking the support!

Theh are not patient when it comes to disabling accojnts as they seem fit without investigating the alleged reports. Read their terms and conditions regarding posts. The posts were in a GA room, with GA fits. J still eant an explanation why my account,  BulletDragonaire, can be disabled for 1 and 3 days for legal posts. Arw thwh going to give me back the time i lost online (4 days in total) on my VIP? Are they going to compensate me for the lost streak and daily spins lost? Or wilm it just be a " We apologize for the inconvenience caused" and the parties responsible for reporting in faulty gets off without being reprimanded? Double standards is what it is. Those abiding bh the rules gets the short end of the stick.

So an account can be banned in a day without investigation from VU and the poor sods paying just have to be satisfied with a response that takes a week? 

Not even my Government is that slow, and they are incompetent. Would have expected more from a multi million dollar company. But i guess taking our money is easier than actually doing what we pay for.

it is within 24-72 hours unless you’re continues to add a response, which pushes your ticket down further in the queue.
