Recently I and Serval people I am awear of have been False Flagged by Shall we say less then Valuable Human Excrement, who seek revenge for Being Booted or banned from a Public Room. I might Add at least in my Case these individuals were removed for Disruptive behavior or simply breaking the rules laid out in the Public room. I find it to be no Coincadence that only a few days later my AP Room, The same one in question was suddenly removed by IMVU. And a message in my Inbox reads as follows.
"Hi TheoOSacsten. An IMVU user reported that your chat room was inappropriate. We reviewed the content and has removed it as it does not comply with our policies. Please note that chat room content must be General Audience appropriate Please read our Terms of Service for more information about what is and is not appropriate at IMVU. "
I have made it a Point to Read over said IMVU Policies and Nothing Contained with in my Room Was IMVU Rejected all were Approved by the guidelines laid out in order to have content in there shop, In Other words No Black Market Items. Further more My Room Title and Description were not derogatory in any sense that denotes unsafe or in Violation of IMVU ToS. And dispite this The room was still removed. The Broad Stroke Explanation for it's removal is as a whole insufficient Explanation and there are no ways outside of this post to find out exactly what the issue was.
Let it be known now. I am A paying member of this Service I bought AP for a reason. Forcing me to Comply with GA Standards is unacceptable. Further then that still I am a subscribed VIP member, FOr what that is worth. the point is I do not choose to give IMVU my Money so that you can lump sum me in With Non Paying members Nor do I Pay IMVU so that Trolls and Butt hurt snowflakes can False Flagg my Rooms when they want revenge for not getting there way. it is inappropriate to allow this and further then that still while I see A multitude of BM rooms which have been up and under the same names for nearly a decade now. If you refuse to Punish and take action agenst actual ToS Breakers then leave me the hell alone.

So Right out of the gate what your saying Makes No sense. I have had an account on IMVU Since 11/26/2005 I have hosted Public Rooms Since almost the day they Dropped. And from as far back as I can remember When rooms had the ability to Be posted as AP this has Only ever been an issue when or if Some Revenge reports from being blocked.
The Idea that I should NOT offend anyone. or that I need to Tailor an outfit to someone else's sensibility is Wildly out of pocket. I honestly cannot believe you actually posted that publicly it's Actual insanity. First of all No one anywhere is capable of Not offending people the idea that you even said that and might actually believe it is crazy. secondly if your going to take a stance that there's some objectively wrong way to post up furniture or something to that nature. you need to be ALOT more specific then just to say that. even if and this is a Huge if. You could interpreted something in ToS that what you said holds ground it doesn't change that IMVU needs to be specific in Relaying this. But even if this were all True None of the items in the room in question were GA all of them were Furniture or poses that can not or Were not modified by placement. this particular room only had pre set up poses.
To be honest I'm not 100% sure you understand what it is I said in my OP this has nothing to do with individual items being Rated wrong. if it were the item in question would have been removed not the whole room.
This isn't some misunderstanding on my part. and it's clear you know that as the last bit of your post invalidates everything you said in favor of Dont hurt X person's feelings otherwise Punishment.

This might seem counterintuitive but even AP rooms can get removed for GA related issues.
Let me try to explain how this might happen:
If a furniture product has been improperly rated as GA by the creator and somehow passed peer review then don't use it in a public room regardless of what rating the room has. Even if it's not the customers fault if a creator improperly rates a product it's still the customers responsibility not to use the product; especially if it's in a public setting.
Also some folk use the furniture placement tools to place furniture in ways that are inappropriate. Even GA rated furniture can be inappropriately placed.
By the copied and pasted message you provided it becomes obvious that the message is regarding some kind of GA related issue; most likely a room that was inappropriately furnished. Maybe the furniture was improperly rated as GA by the creator but if the furniture was actually properly rated then it was most likely placed inappropriately.
Next time think carefully about how you furnish rooms, the products you wear as outfits and which products you acquire. Also don't offend anyone.
