There’s another issue I need to address — something that continues to weigh heavily on me as a long-time creator here.
In my opinion, IMVU seems to make every effort to disqualify or discourage smaller creators, while only uplifting the very few who are already big names. This feels incredibly disheartening for those of us who have been working hard here for years.
I personally received a warning that I had made "too many incorrect peer review decisions" — and was told that if I ever did it again, my account would be closed. The problem? I haven’t even participated in peer review in over three years. So why am I being falsely accused? That kind of accusation should not be taken lightly, especially when there is no way for the accused to defend themselves or even understand the supposed evidence.
When I tried to clarify through support tickets, I was sent down a rabbit hole of links, redirections, and automated responses — all of which eventually led me back to the forums. And once I got to the forums? I was told I couldn’t say certain things. It honestly makes me wonder: Is IMVU trying to silence creators from sharing how they’re truly being treated?
Let me be clear: I create because I enjoy it. I stay in my own rooms because I prefer not to engage with certain parts of the platform. But I shouldn’t feel like I’m being punished or threatened for doing nothing wrong. And I shouldn't have to fear losing my account over baseless accusations.
Another serious issue is privacy. When we verify our identities, we submit personal information like our ID, address, and full legal name. Yet that information is being sent overseas for review. With the state of the world today, shouldn’t there be better security around our private information? It’s unsettling to know that sensitive documents are being processed outside of the country, with little explanation or oversight.
After 17 years on this platform, I still love the creative freedom — but I don’t love the way creators are being treated. Even when all I want to do is open my own room, I have to wade through inappropriate content I didn’t ask to see. There really should be a separate tab or toggle for AP and GA content, so we can choose what we want to view — and avoid the rest.
We, the creators, are the backbone of this platform. We build the content that fills your catalogs, rooms, and avatar shops. Yet we're treated like we're disposable. We’re constantly at the mercy of policies that change without notice, warnings without reason, and support systems that send us in circles.
All we’re asking for is fairness, respect, and accountability. Please stop treating creators like we don’t matter. We’ve given years — in some cases, decades — to this platform, and it’s time our voices were heard.

What they say it's final and always right, they are GOD. They will never make mistake, they will never false. They are always rght, like i say, they are God here.
