You guys don't respond to tickets anymore or something? Its been 6 days since i submitted my ticket and i know for a fact that no matter how long i wait, i wont get a reply. Here's my ticket number #558378 "hoping" posting it here might make you guys see it somehow.

Posting it here makes no difference. This is just a Forum for general public. The only message you will get is to contact customer support via chat or help ticket.
