I spoke to a totally clueless IMVU chat agent who not only gave me the wrong answer to my issue but also had no knowledge of how the IMVU website even works..Why is this person even working here for? I ended up getting the answers and help I needed from my own friends in my room..Why are we paying VIP money for this when an agent like this doesnt know what they are talking about and my friends have more knowoledge of the website than they do? i can imagine how many wrong answers eveyday this person gives out to people..they should be

    Initially, you can't go into full rooms.
  • If they suggested you to go into manage rooms, you're able to go in. That's good.
