Hola @Izukih , revisa tu carpeta de SPAM, ya que podría estar ahí. Intenta solicitar un nuevo código, ya que a veces da un error y no lo envía a la primera. Si el problema persiste, puedes contactar con Atención al Cliente para obtener más ayuda:
