My public room just suddenly disappeared. After being active for 3+ years with decent traffic and high rating it's just gone. deleted. I don't know if it was reported or what happened. i have no messages or emails from IMVU official. I tried reaching out to support and have gotten no responses so i went ahead and made a new room to start over. And for some reason for mobile users the occupancy shows only 3, but on pc it shows 8. I have tried to reset it on both platforms and it will not change. What is going on? and how do i get someone to actually answer and help me.
