For the past few weeks i have been unable to access the music page to buy a track or make a mix. I had a ticket in but VU in its infinite wisdom closed that. So I'm wondering are you people totally disinterested in fixing the glitches on this platform or only partially disinterested? my vote would be totally disinterested since nothing seems to ever get fixed.

They refuse to tell us anything right now and wont admit they lost the music provider and I have a bad feeling we are all going to lose all our songs and all our music mixes we bought and made over all of these years permanently.They wont even tell me if we will ever be seeing all our songs or mixes back ever again.That is what made this website unique..that we can as individuals make our own distinct music mixes and buy songs that fit us as individuals... WE DO NOT WANT RADIOS AND NEVER ASKED FOR RADIOS..We all bought and spent a ton of money on our music and now its gone..I even have a whole lot of songs that my friends have bought me and continue to do so from my wishlist that I still to this point have never even been able to use or even see...They basically paid money to send me nothing.So IMVU has taken all this money since the music store went down from people who gifted others from their wishlists and they continue to take that money from un-useable music that cant be used to this day.That is blatant theft.Taking money and not providing the service or the item that was paid for is called theft.I dont see anyway posible at this point that we will have the same exact songs and get our mixes that we all worked hard on to make back without getting that original music provider back..They cut ties with IMVU and why would they ever come back now when IMVU is sinking fast and already losing all of its members? They have only 2 choices to make here in my mind...either get the old music provider back somehow which would give us all the old music store and all our songs and that format back again or go through each and every one of our accounts..every single member on here....and refund each and every one of us every single dollar we all spent on our music and mixes from the very beginning when we all joined...which will be millions of dollars..there would be no other solution that would be satisfactory.We do not want radios to replace all our songs and we do not want anything else they come up with.We all want our exact songs we had and owned and paid for and still should have.Right now I show nothing in my music account..All songs and mixes are gone and my account shows as if I just joined and havent bought a song yet..This is insane and its over 2 months now and they refuse to tell us anything....The way we are being treated and disrespected here is absolutely unacceptable and for them to be hiding this and continue to tell us they have no answers on what is going on is a joke...In the meantime we are all forced to just wait on pins and needles while they just continue to stall and copy and paste the same old recycled nonsense about "please have patience we are working on this"..This is NOT a technical issue.They music provider is GONE..there is no more music store, no more songs and no more mixes unless they get another music provider and I am sure the whole format would have to be changed so how in the world are we ever going to be able to still have and keep all the songs we each bought over the years and the mixes we all made under a new format and a new music provider??And thats if they are even lucky they are able to find another music provider who would want to attach themselves to this sinking ship ..So they tell us NOTHING, they keep us in the dark just stall and forcing us to wait, they give no updates and yet they continue to take our money to be members here and continue to take members money who are buying songs off peoples wishlists.That is some nerve and just outright gall for them to do this...I have never seen anything like this in my life..And we all have run out of patience here !!!!!

@BayDeDRAGON IMVU has lost their Music Provider and is keeping that hidden from all of us...They are stringing us along and stalling, treating us all like idiots ...They never fix anything anyways on here but this is not even a technical issue...The music store is gone for good unless they get another music provider to partner with them which i seriously doubt will ever happen because what music provider would ever in their right minds want to join this sinking ship and be a part of this mess????.....
the IMVU music store was part of VerveLife, which is no longer an active store partner. As of June 25, 2024, existing releases were removed from VerveLife, and no new releases go live there. This means that the IMVU music store is essentially gone. TuneCore states that VerveLife no longer acts as a store partner for IMVU

This is devastating news and this was never told to any of us and we should have been informed since we are all paying members of this website..Why has this been hidden and kept in the dark from us?I have over 600 mixes and tons of songs and now after finding this and reading this I am panicking...I now have a feeling there is no more IMVU music store and that it will not be coming back...Can someone from IMVU let us know something about this because we have alot of money and time invested in our music from the store and did NOT and do NOT want it changed.We dont want any format changes either..I have now been hearing rumours lately that soon it will be only radios used in rooms or triggers to have music on IMVU and soon no more mixes or store...This would be unacceptable and cause most of us to leave the website for good..and what happens to all the money we spent on songs and mixes that we would lose that we have had for years??? Somebody needs to give us some answers and clear all of this up..and give us the truth about what is going on....

On top of all this complete music mess...I still have alot of songs listed in my music song wishlist which some of my friends have since gifted me songs from in the past couple of weeks..and they bought me these songs AFTER the store has been taken down and my friends PAID to gift me those songs..WHICH NOW I CANT EVEN USE BECAUSE I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY MUSIC MIXES OR SONG LISTS...SO IMVU IS STILL TAKING MEMBERS MONEY THAT THEY SPEND TO PURCHASE SONGS FOR THEIR FRIENDS FROM THEIR FRIENDS WISH LISTS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO BE USED BY THEIR FRIENDS BECAUSE WE CANT GET INTO OUR MUSIC MIXES OR SONG LISTS ANYMORE...TALK ABOUT GALL AND UTTER NERVE !!!!....THAT IS CALLED THEFT....

I'm currently facing a frustrating issue with the music store. Each time I attempt to access it, I receive a message that says, "Music service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." This situation has persisted for several weeks now. We've given it ample time to resolve, and many other users have submitted tickets without any updates or solutions. I would greatly appreciate any insight you can provide on when we can expect the service to be operational again. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
