Account On Hold

  1. UI have requested to remove hold on my account but still why not  remove my hold yet it's say's it's take upto 72 hour but 72 hour already gone but still my account on hold please solve this as soon as possible otherwise I will uninstall imvu

Hi @Guest_snowbeauty13690 , if your account has been disabled for a certain number of days, your account should be re-enabled on the date and time in which your account was initially disabled. For example, if you were banned for 24 hours on June 1st at 5 am, you should be able to log back into your account

on June 2, at 5:01 am.
