I think he means the fact that they don't respond to support tickets. I'm going on 7 days and 3 support tickets, all the same problem (account hold), all unanswered.

Hi @Guest YkwhoI, are you having this issue with the IMVU Mobile App, IMVU Desktop, or the IMVU Classic

Client, are you using Windows, Mac, or if mobile, IOS or the Android OS? Also, are you

receiving an error message, and if so, what is its exact wording?
