My purchased shared room is suddenly missing

I purchased a shared room and it existed for a while. I mostly use phone so I didn't know when it disappeared. I logged in with PC and it was gone. Did anyone else experience this bug? I reported the issue with a ticket  6 days ago and I haven't received any feedback from IMVU about it.

I'm having the same problem the origianl shell is being showed however unfurnished and as a non shared room. Did you get any updates from support?

I did get in touch from an IMVU staff but after that I have been ignored for 19 days. Still waiting for a response on this matter.
