Hello, Do this step
STEP 1: Double-click the anti-virus icon in the system tray located at the bottom right corner of your desktop.
STEP 2: Beneath the Protection Status heading, click on the Computer & Files icon then select Configure.
STEP 3: Set everything to the Off position.
STEP 4: Click Protection Status again, then the Internet & Network icon, and then select Configure.
STEP 5: Set everything to the Off position.
STEP 6: Try downloading the IMVU Classic (IMVU Client) again and see if it works this time.
If you're on Windows, you should also clear the stored AppData of the Chat Software. Follow these steps:
STEP 1. Click Start, then Run.
STEP 2. In the empty box that appears, type "%appdata%" without the quotation marks. (In Windows 10, you may type directly on the search box without clicking Run.) The AppData folder should appear in the results. Click on it.
STEP 3. This will show you the IMVU and IMVUClient installation folders. Delete these two folders.
STEP 4. After deleting the folders, restart your PC.
What the heck is this and how do I fix it?!
