It's been 6 days. I'm tracking my ticket but no one has responded. I have an account ID that proves the account is mine and I need to log in. Please help me.

Hi @Guest_santtiz , it can take 1 to 5 full days for non-VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for Customer Support
