There are fake comments in HTML own store. We can see this in the comments of sock, mamma, one of her friends and one of her lovers. They are creating fake competition with fake comments.
In my opinion, this should be handled in private. Use the "Flag for Review" link on the reviews you believe have an issue. After that, you can follow up with a help case explaining the "Flag for Review" .
This could be considered embarrassing to others when exposed publicly.

thats not the only problem with them,every of their products its false tagged with hidden keywords in the html descriptions,its impossible to find anything in shop anymore cause of them

When I spoke to the customer service representative, she said that fake reviews are not reported and that there is no reporting system. It's really a joke. I guess we have to fake reviews to be at the top.
