Support Ticket being ignored?

I reported an issue last week and submitted a ticket and there has been no response


my account was put on hold due to not being active for like a year or so



i emailed on Sunday and submitted a ticket. It has been 5 days…. Not the 72 hours as promised 


please help

Yeah I’ve tried submitting 3 tickets on the issue 


I got an email saying they should send a reply within 72 hours. It’s now 10 days later.


I just thought I’d make a discussion post to see if anyone had the same issues etc x
