I tried to purchase credit but it kept saying there were issues. I just checked my bank account and there has been two transactions from IMVU but no credits on my account... please help

Hi @Guest_LilithEnvy , if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
