My IMVU isn't loading .. All screens are black ( home .. dressup.. shop.. etc) .. even the avatar doesn't load.. & everytime it says this item can't be worn by your avatar.. Are other users also having this kinda problem or only i am facing it ??
Yes :) @Coolinferno i tried to msg you to ask if your vu is also working now but your msgs are set to friends only.. well, all is well that ends well.. Tc mate

@Coolinferno thanks for the updates.. for a sec i was hopeful that at least it works in windows 11 but after your 2nd update i don't know what to say or do.. its been 2 days tried so much.. well i have also flied a help ticket so lets see what happens now.. please be in touch & lemme know about updates & progress if any..

ok the update is ... now even on new laptop issue came back ... so its definitely some issue at imvu side

OK ... so i Installed imvu on new laptop having Windows 11 OS and its working now on this laptop. Now i need to check why new version is not installing on my previous laptop having windows 10 .... it could be OS or could be hardware restriction in new release of imvu @D45h ... try other laptop or PC and let us know if it works for you too

Da3n3ryz..... Thank you very much for this detailed information, i have tried all these steps but still avatar not loading in new classic client (my account working perfectly in imvu desktop) .... Imvu is unifying the Interface across their different platforms and in recent update it is written on download page that some objects in rooms can change positions due to this ... so it seems the bug or some settings issue at imvu side which is impacting not all but some users .... this issue usually coming after clean install means after deleting cache and folders
