Bought credits and didn’t receive them

I recently purchase 20k worth of credits for 10.99 and I didn’t receive them a message error kept popping up what do I do? I just spent money on this for it not to work NEED HELP ASAP

Hello, i also bought credits worth 2.99 USD, totalling 5k credits and still have not recieved my order. Yet the money was taken from my bank account

Hi @Guest_MoeBlockboy , please allow 24 hours to receive your items. If users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they will need to check their purchases in

the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
