Hi, I need advice on a product I recently dev and published, so as you can see in attached image the bikini top is working fully creator with other items and no issues at all. After I paid my credits to upload it and publish it for review, when trying to use the item from my inventory in the 3D chat I am getting a error message telling me it is a bundled item and on classic a notification comes up saying it is not a 3D product. Can someone tell me what is the problem? It is a dev item from an already existing product so I don't see what the issue is considering everything works fine even after it had been published in the studio when I choose to edit the product. There is nothing preventing the product working or being used at all and when contacted live support they just told me they don't have the knowledge to assist with this issue.

Thank you, I found it worked for Beta, Next and Mobile just not classic is working which is rather odd.

I've heard this has been happening to multiple people, as far as I know staff haven't addressed it yet.
