I paid the ag and ap and the form didn't arrive and you deducted it from my credit card, I want my ag and ap, or return the money because I have the proof.

Hi @Aoscorpiofe7c , if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they will need to check their purchases in
the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.
If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
