I paid the amount of Ag and AP for the package, you did not send me the form and it was deducted from my credit card, I have proof of purchase.

Hi @Aoscorpiofe7c , if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
