Hello IMVU Creators. I have an issue with a gown not loading on the avi. I derived it from another creator and their version is working/loading and I tried on every creators gown who derived the same gown and they all work/load so why isn't my version of the gown not working/loading? It loaded when I first derived it so why is it not working now? Has any other creators have this same issue with an item/items? Is there a way to fix it or should I just derive it again? I contacted IMVU customer service and they couldn't fix the bug and suggested I make a post here for help on how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated and TIA.

Thanks but I went back and was going to hide the gown after I posted this and noticed it was set to "female bundles" so I changed it to what the original creator had theirs set to "female miscellaneous" and its loading for me now and I messaged the 2 ppl who left a review about the gown not loading and asked them to try it out now to see if it works for them. Just waiting to hear back from them.
